Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to send back.
Pack Your Handbag
Carefully place the handbag in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all authenticity cards and protective plastics are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
